Payment

Payment for all items is expected upon ordering. All garments are made to order and will be cut & sewn only once payment has been received, and it takes a minimum of 7 – 14 business days before it’s completed. Please keep this in mind if your garment is needed within a certain timeframe.

Charges will appear on your credit card statement as “House of Couture Designs”

PayPal is the preferred payment method

Shipping

Items will be sent once payment has cleared. I will ship to your desired address unless otherwise instructed. I ship using Canpar and will send a message with the tracking number as soon as your order is mailed out. The standard delivery times vary from 5 business days to 7 business days depending on destination and custom clearance.

If you prefer the order expedited, the options includes: overnight, 1-2 days priority or 4-5 days priority. These require additional shipping fees, which are to be included at the time of purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges

I would be happy to accept a return on only in stock (ready to ship items). Just write me a message to let me know and I will give you an address to send it to. The item must be sent within 7 days of receiving it, in its original state, with tag, unworn, unwashed and without defects.

When returning an item, please be sure to get tracking or delivery confirmation for your protection and mine. Once I receive the item I will send you a refund, minus the original shipping cost within 7 days.

For non stock custom items i.e Made to measure pieces there is no returns and refunds. The sale of these items are final because they were made (cut and sewn) upon customers request to a particular size and measurement.
